“Precious Bonds was born from one powerful summer camp experience in 1983—and a lifelong mission to make others feel seen.”

At just 12 years old, one week at a summer camp awakened the chartered path for the Founder's life. It was my first time away at summer camp and the first time someone—an older counselor—looked her in the eyes after she won a board game, The Game of Life", followed by a group outdoor physical activity game called "Red Rover", and affirmed her worth. He told her she was smart, kind, pretty, and essential.

That moment planted the seed for everything she would grow into: a devoted mother, a seasoned federal HR leader and policy strategist, a triple-degreed life coach, and the founder of a business rooted in exposure, encouragement, and authentic connection.

In 2020, she officially launched Precious Bonds, LLC, a certified Maryland women-owned business, to pay that experience forward. We specialize in planning and executing transformational experiences and customized special events—from mentorship-based enrichment programs to celebrations like weddings, graduations, anniversaries, corporate award ceremonies, and team-building socials.

What sets us apart is the hospitality and heart we bring to every occasion. Every event is infused with warmth, belonging, and excellence because we don’t just plan gatherings. We create moments that feed the soul and celebrate unity and identity.
